Literacy Spotlight: Student Belonging

The following document provides a summary of an important aspect of Oregon’s Early Literacy Framework: student belonging. It can be used to build a local vision of student belonging and quality early literacy instruction and to support communication and awareness building with important educational partners like teachers, administrators, school boards, families, caregivers and community groups.
