The following document provides a summary of an important aspect of Oregon’s Early Literacy Framework: family and community partnerships. It can be used to build a local vision of family and community partnerships and quality early literacy instruction and to support communication and awareness building with important educational partners like teachers, administrators, school boards, families, caregivers and community groups.
